Sara's a retired soldier and found her second career -- as a Titliest Performance Institute golf fitness instructor. She's been teaching golf fitness for 9 years and holds certifications as a personal trainor and yoga isntructor. As an enthusisastic golfer, she understands how important your body's fitness is for a successful golf swing.

Want to get your body ready for golf this year?
Effective Golf Fitness improves your body. That creates more consistency, distance and lower scores. Golf Fitness classes enhance physical conditioning by isolating body limitations and working on Stability and Mobility. Class exercises address movements in the golf swing to increase mobility, range of motion, rotation, balance and power. Classes are dynamic and specifically tailored to he golf swing.
